My training is deliberately unusual. Certified in nutrition and fitness, trained as an NLP practitioner, with an MBA and a degree in business and AI. That combination exists for a reason: the physical drivers of aging and the psychological ones are the same problem, and almost nobody treats them that way.

Because here is what I have observed. People do not fail for want of information. They fail because of a voice — the one that says you're getting older, it's too late, why start now. I named mine Mr. Me. Quieting that voice, and rebuilding what sits beneath it, is where the work actually happens.

I also do stand-up comedy. It turns out that being genuinely funny while telling someone an uncomfortable truth is not a distraction from this work. It is the only reliable way I have found to make it land.
